Born in Germany, I am fortunate to have traveled during my studies of Hotel Management & Tourism and later on during my international career in 5* hotels, learning and experiencing diverse cultures and expanding my perspectives and understanding of people, cultures, business and life. 

Having gained considerable experience in holding corporate workshops and training to international audiences, I embrace the importance of a healthy mind, clear visions and developing techniques to achieving set goals.

My long lasting relationship with Global Hotel Alliance - an alliance of worldwide luxury hotel brands  - provided me with an overwhelming experience in managing a variety of projects as well as establishing an online learning and knowledge strategy and implementing the same.

In addition, I was gifted to join partners in establishing a cooperative - with the vision to create a network of talented and experienced Information Technology professionals worldwide who work together to improve the hospitality industry. I gained  understanding for technology, development, technology integrations, CRM Marketing and a deeper understanding for project management for development projects.
